And the inner tubes are with smooth surface which can minimizes binding of enzymes and nucleic acids. 96-Well Semi-Skirted Plates for use in PCR and qPCR applications hold up to 0.2 mL of well volume when paired with adhesive films or foils. The plates feature a cut corner located at H1 and are compatible with most thermal cyclers.
